If not on Store Specific Products (Click here to see the Store Specific Products document.), go to Default Store for Price Level Labels and select which store’s labels to display for each user in products.  The price level label for the default store will be the one displayed from Order Entry>File>Products. The price level label for the order store will be displayed from within a customer order.

When editing this option a screen displays showing the store and the labels for the price levels for this store.

The fields here correspond to the selling prices that can be formulated in the Products file.  Click in each field to type a "label" that describes each selling price.  For example, price level one may be the retail price (based on formulas entered).  Type in the word Retail in the level one field.  Then, when viewing the selling prices for products, the screen will display the word  “Retail" to the left of the actual dollar amount, identifying that price as the retail price.  These labels are displays when browsing the products file for Roll, Item, and Service records.  They are also shown when entering a new price on a customer order line.

Each store code can have a distinct list of pricing prompts. Choose the store, then set or edit price names for that store. Click the Save price label button before editing the next store.
