Product Import/Export (PIE) is a tool to import and export products into or out of the RFMS Product File. This tool uses a single spreadsheet for Rolls, Items, and Services.

Set Up

System Option

Enable Products Import Export

Products>Utilities>System Options>System Wide>General

Category-Configuration

Type- Must be Global 

This option must be set to Yes to turn on Product Import/Export (PIE). 

 Note: To change this system option requires an access code.
