Full User Guide for Product Import/Export (PIE)

Products>Utilities>Product Import/Export (PIE)

1.  Select Export on the screen.

2.  Click the Find button  to select the products to be exported.  Click OK after all the information is complete.

3.  Tag the records to be exported and click the Export to CSV button.  

4.  A file will be created in the RFMS Directory.

5.  Since the products were exported from RFMS, they will have a ProductSeqNum and the ColorSeqNum.

• If the products will be imported back into RFMS after changes are made, then the Product and Color Sequence numbers must remain in the csv.
• If importing from one RFMS database to another, then the Product and Color Sequence Numbers will need to be removed.
