This option if set to yes, enables a change field on the customer order line. This field allows entering a figure, either positive or negative, that will modify the per unit price. For example, to give .25 off the regular price, enter that in the change field. Save the line and the new price on the edit screen and the line total will reflect this change. The original price is still shown as the price on the line. The system also automatically calculates the discount percentage amount. When Printing the Invoice, the NEW price prints.
The only way to print this on an Invoice/Quote is to use Word Merge.
This system option will not work if Allow Billing Quantities is set to yes.
