Set Up a Project Workflow Action.

General Reminders

Utilities>Client Management Set Up>Project Workflow Actions

These reminders are set for a project type then inherited each time a project of that type is added.

Choose a project type by clicking F8 and choosing from the drop-down list.

Type an item description.

Enter a single state or leave blank for all states.

Type a description for the Action and select an Action Type from the dropdown menu.

Select Task Type from the dropdown menu.

Assign a sales Person.

Number of Days Before or After Date or Event-set at zero to receive the reminder on the date chosen, use a negative for a reminder before, or use a number without a negative to check and see if an action occurred on a past date.

 

Now any project added with this project type will automatically pick up these reminders.
