How to Edit an E-Commerce or Gateway Cost

The cost on an E-Commerce or Gateway record CANNOT be edited.  However, a cost can be added by following one of these two methods.

Using the Add/View/Edit Costs Button

In the Product module, highlight the record that has the cost that needs to be changed.  Click on the Add/View/Edit Costs .

Click on the Add button to enter the new cost.

The cost entered will reflect as a manually entered cost.

The cost can still be updated by E-Commerce or Gateway.

Using Edit in Place button

Edit in Place on Roll Products, Item Products, and Services
