Getting "Please Select a Valid Primary Customer" message

If you are getting this message, then

1.  The primary customer is a prospect and the system option "Require Quote Customer to be in Customer File" is set to yes.  

2.  The primary customer is a prospect and the system option "Require Customers to be in Customer File" is set to yes.  

3.  The Business Name and Customer Name can not be different.
