Make sure that any services ( ie. MeasureOrderEntry, RFMSDataEndPoint, RFMS B2B, Gateway, SalesForce, and CCA Services) are disabled prior to running update (if present on the system).
To disable any services:
Open Task Manager and select the tab for Services.
Click the button for "Open Services" at the bottom left of the window. The Services (Local) screen will appear.
Find and highlight the service that needs to be disabled. Right Click and select Properties.
In the Properties screen, change the Startup type to Disabled. Click OK.
In the upper left corner of the screen, click to STOP the service.
If there are any more running, when the update is run again, it will give a message of the services still running.
