Customer Database- Contacts Improve
I have seen a post about statements and making it easier to enter. I agree but there should just be a tab for Customers when adding a customer record. There should be multiple contact field options (with email and phone numbers) such as for invoices, receipts, statements & accounts payable plus a few more contact fields where you can choose the type of contact it is, such as property/project manager, owner, etc. That option with the rolodex is horrible especially when our sales people set up their own customers and have no idea about section.

This would be a fantastic addition. We have several clients that need invoices/statements emailed to more than one recipient and it's a cumbersome process. I can see this being a valuable tool in all of the situations Kelly described. Upvoting this suggestion.
