My Flooring Link Signature Box
In the signature box on the credit card payment screen, there is a green check mark or a red X. I have gotten complaints from the staff that customers overlook this and don't know why the "Pay Now" button is grayed out. Can these options be changed to say, "Accept" or "Cancel" or can you write a brief instruction so the customer knows to use the marks on the bottom right hand corner of signature panel? Thanks!

We have removed the need to select the green check box when using Payments Flex powered by Cyncly Payments integrated solution.
