Cyncly Pay Processing Pop Up

  1. User Experience Improvement:

    • The “Done” button can be confusing for users. When they see it, they might assume that clicking it will finalize their transaction. However, if it cancels the transaction, this creates frustration and a poor user experience.
    • Instead of relying on them to read a pop-up warning, consider removing the button altogether. Users won’t encounter confusion or accidentally cancel their transactions.
  2. Clarity During Processing:

    • During processing, it’s essential to provide clear feedback to users. If the button remains active, users seem to think we're going to charge them multiple times since they entered their information and clicked "done".
    • By graying out the button during processing, you clearly signal to users that they need to wait. This reduces the chances of accidental cancellations.
  3. Mobile-Friendly Design:

    • With the prevalence of mobile devices, it’s crucial to optimize your website for smaller screens- unnecessary buttons should be minimized.
    • Removing the “Done” button simplifies the interface, making it more mobile-friendly and reducing the risk of accidental clicks.
  4. User Behavior Trends:

    • People are becoming less patient and tend to rush through tasks. Having a “Done” button that cancels transactions can lead to frustration and confusion.
    • Eliminating the button encourages a smoother process
