saved PC GROUPS in B2B

Could we have saved PC GROUPS in b2b import so we can get through commonly received but never imported PC's more quickly?  Like saved reports, lookups, etc.

ie: Group DO NOT IMPORT could be PC 02, 04, 26, 28 and blanks

Then Group IMPORT could be PC 01, 08, 13, 15, 42, 74

Load the saved group, then delete or import.
