Customer File- Store Specific

Can we have Store Specific Customer Files where the other stores do not see or share the customer file of another company? Please let me know if this is possible. thanks!

Business Case 
We have a ProSource and four other sales divisions. This would help keep them all running separate and we wouldn't run into the issue of the sales people changing the customer files of the other store's salesperson if the customer buys from both stores.
