User Status will tie to the SALES LEAD system as a notification of a user’s current status in Project Manager.
Checking the Administrative Rights box will allow that user to be able to view all public and private records and will be able to change the viewing rights of any record in Project Manager. It will also allow full visibility to all RFMS Notifications.
It is highly recommended that the edit button be password protected because of this change.
RFMS does not recommend multiple “employees” assignments to the same salesperson BUT if an employee has more than one computer it is possible that the username for their devices may not be the same.
