Utilities>System Options>Users 2020-07-22_9-54-46.png

A list of all users will display on the Manage Users Screen.

Users are inserted when logging into RFMS for the first time and the Username is created from the Computer Network name.

Add Users

This is only used if adding a MOBILE ONLY user.

  1. Add User's Name.
  2. Pull in corresponding salesperson.
  3. Check "Mobile Only."
  4. Select appropriate credit card integration, if needed.
  5. Click OK

Unneeded users can be deleted. This list is populated from all the users who have ever logged onto the network.  To delete an unused user, highlight the name and click the delete button.

Edit Users Edit.gif

Highlight the user to edit and click the edit button. This will bring up the Change User Settings Screen (shown below).

Change User Settings

This screen allows associating either a Salesman or a Worker (or both) to a user name.

This information is used for Cyncly Pay, Project Manager (PM), RFMS Mobile, Measure Mobile, and Measure Desktop.

  1. Highlight the username to edit.
  2. Click the edit icon.
  3. F8 "Link to Salesperson" or "Link to Worker" (or both).
  4. Highlight the correct person.
  5. Click the finger icon.
  6. Click OK.

If continuing to Map users for MEASURE/MOBILE applications, click here to continue: RFMS Mobile/Measure user linking

If continuing to Map users for Cyncly Pay, click here to continue: Cyncly Pay/MyFlooringLink user setup

User Status will tie to the SALES LEAD system as a notification of a user’s current status in Project Manager.

Checking the Administrative Rights box will allow that user to be able to view all public and private records and will be able to change the viewing rights of any record in Project Manager.  It will also allow full visibility to all RFMS Notifications.

It is highly recommended that the edit button be password protected because of this change.

RFMS does not recommend multiple “employees” assignments to the same salesperson BUT if an employee has more than one computer it is possible that the username for their devices may not be the same.
