How to know a cost has changed on a bid line.

Some companies choose to routinely update the costs on all estimates.  The person who entered the estimate may not know that a cost adjustment has been made.  BidPro has a feature to indicate changes made to the cost. 

In the current cost column, if a change in cost has been made the current cost will be colored as follows:

If the current cost from products is greater than the original cost on the bid it is listed in red.  (See line 1 in the example BidPro lines)

If the current cost from products is less than the original cost on the bid it is listed in green.  (See line 2 in the example BidPro lines)

Unreferenced lines are red if the option Utilities>System Options>BidPro>Estimates/Templates>Display Unreferenced Lines in Red is set to display as such; on these lines the cost is showing in green and as 0.00 which is technically correct since this record does not have a product record.  (See line 3 in the example BidPro lines)
