Telephone Prompt (1-5) - System Option

Type- Must be Global 

 These options allow assigning label names to the five available telephone number fields.  Whatever is typed here will display on the customer order and on the customer information record.

Tele #1 & #2 - these two phone fields are shown on the customer order. 

Tele #1 is a searchable field

Tele # 2 does not have to have the same formatting as the other fields, so does not have to be a number.

Tele #3 - #5 - these are shown on the customer information record.
