General Features - Moving and Resizing Windows

To move a window to another location on the screen

Click in the top bar of the window and hold down the mouse button while dragging the window to another position.

To resize a window:

Move the mouse pointer to the very outer edge of the window.  This may be either on the vertical or horizontal edge.  There, the pointer will change to bi-directional arrows.  Click and hold the left mouse button while dragging the window to the size desired.

Accessing multiple programs:

After starting the programs, hold down the Alt key and press the Tab key.  All open programs will display in a pop up box.  Continue holding the Alt key while pressing the Tab key until the program to bring to the front is highlighted with a bounding box.  Release the keys to activate.  A second method of switching to another open program is to click the button for that program on the Start bar on the Windows desktop.
