Selecting this allows you to integrate with a scanning and cataloging software called Eagle Mountain Document Imaging Software. If this software is installed in the windows directory, press the camera icon on the Browse Order screen. You will have the choice to use Eagle Mountain or the RFMS internal viewer. Certain forms will have a specific Bar Code added to the footer for automatic scanning and digital storage.

The barcodes have a document identifier in front of the document number. For example, a single customer transaction let's give it an example number of CG80016.  The printed invoice would be barcoded with D001CG80016.  The printed work order would be barcoded with D002CG80016.  The printed picking ticket would be barcoded with D003CG80016.
