Setting this option to yes will cause the sales tax on a customer order to always be figured based on the store location code, as opposed to the city in the Ship To information. This option only bypasses pulling sales tax from the city list. If the order is a use tax order with this option turned on the system will go to the city list first and use that tax structure, then go to the store code if it can't find the city.
If this option is set to yes and the Store Code is sales tax and the Ship To city is Use Tax, then the Store Code is dominate. Sales tax is calculated.
