Specify Overage Parameter when exporting Estimate to Order Entry

Cause:

Actual amount on one or more of the lines exceeds the corresponding allowed amount

estimateline

Solution:

Click in the Create Overage box to create an overage in Order Entry for the difference between the actual and allowed.  If selected system creates an overage, a different customer name can be selected to be used for the overage.  That way, original order  is billed to one company or person, and have the additional amounts billed to a second company or person, builder upgrade.

If option is not selected, the entire Actual Costs amount will be exported to the order.
