Counting Users Across the Software

Over the years, RFMS Business Management Software has counted users when they went into Order Entry only but under no circumstance did this mean that you were entitled to have users in other areas of the software out of harmony with your licensing agreement and user count. Unknowingly, many have allowed users to use modules other than Order Entry exclusively and thus were not being included in our user count. In order to protect you and RFMS against any kind of software audit, where you could be found out of harmony with the licensing agreement, we are now enforcing the user count on every module licensed within the RFMS Business Management Software.

The easiest way to confirm that your reported users are correct is through Accounting > Utilities > Show Users. This screen will show your allowed and current users.
