Output to CSV location

Many reports in RFMS can be sent to a CSV file.   This allows the user to customize and sort the report in the way that best reflects their need.

Saving the CSV

From the Report Print Screen, select a file name and location.

This option is sticky per report/per user.

Fields included in the CSV

Some fields in the CSV file of the report are not included in the actual print out of the report.  We are now in the process of creating an article for every report with the ability to be sent to CSV.  These articles will list all the fields the CSV contains.

To find these articles, search by report name and CSV field.

Warning CSV is open in another application

This message can also be displayed if the file name has a restricted character such as a / or \ as part of the name. Edit the csv file name and try again.
