Insert Colors - System Option

>Utilities>System Options>Order Entry>Products
 Category-Authorization
Type- Can be Global, Assigned or User

 

When the option is set to Yes,the option will be enabled on the Order Entry>Products screen and the Purchase Order>Products screen
