As the (owner/President/CEO) of (company) I understand that I am specifically requesting to no longer be notified about access code usage in our RFMS system. Notification should be made to (Name), (email address).

I understand that access codes allow un-monitored and un-traced data manipulation in the RFMS software. I understand that RFMS has no way of knowing how or where these access codes are used and that they may be used in ways that are detrimental to the company. I understand further that RFMS has no methods of recovering data used in access code manipulations or researching or retrieving data that was manipulated.

On behalf of my company, I agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless RFMS from all claims, demands, liabilities, costs, expenses, and penalties, whatsoever, including reasonable attorney and expert fees, litigation expenses and costs incurred by RFMS and related to access code usages.
