Mass Email Using Template

Mass Email Requires Retail Or Commercial License for CPM otherwise disabled.

When mass emailing with templates, users can do this using SMTP while still using
Outlook for single emails.  This automates the process so that users do not have
to hit send on each email.

CPM>Prospects & Customers

Tag the prospects and customers that the email should go to.  Click the Send Email Button .  Click Mass Email Using Template.

Select the Template that needs to be sent by highlighting and clicking the Select button .
