Measure Order Entry Service Stuck in "Starting" Mode

 

This sometimes happens during a reboot or after a Windows Update Process. Have your Technician go to Task Manager and find the process for MeasureOrderEntry and select “End Task”

Note: If you have multiple services for MeasureOrderEntry, use the identifier on the service to match to the Task. The identifier is the information after the “-“

 

Once the task has ended, try to restart the service.

 

It may be beneficial to change the start up mode on the service to "Automatic (Delayed Start)."
