For standard email messages sent regularly, templates can be used both in RFMS and CMM. CMM Retail or Commercial is required to create templates.
Let's say you want to send a thank you to everyone who came to your showroom during this month.
You would have a template set up something like below in CMM.
To send the email, go to the Customer File, highlight the customer you want to send the email to and click the Send Interoffice or Email button .
Next select Email Using Template.
Select the Template you would like to use.
The Send screen will pop up. Click Send and your email is on its way.
