Global
Applies companywide and only the administrator can set or see these. Some settings are locked at Global because all users must be the same for the system to work. This is represented by a red lock.
All Global options will be set initially to hidden; if administrators want to unhide them they may do so.
Assigned
These will apply to a particular user, but only the administrator can set these.
User
These will be user specific, but the user will have access to set these for their self.
(This will allow things like font size which don’t affect business to be set by individual users.)
User options are tied to a user’s Windows log in information for a particular copy of RFMS. This means that a user can log into any machine and their User and Assigned options will be applied to that workstation. This includes passwords for the user.
