The Product Tab consist of
Only allow products marked NHMS from RFMS Products Module
If this box is checked, only the Products in RFMS marked as NHMS Products will be available.
The advantages of using this filter are that it limits the choices on the NHMS side, making products easier to find, and that it controls the products that may be selected, decreasing the chance of error.
If most of your RFMS products are available in the design center, this may be unnecessary step for you.
Display Item Products Codes Width and Length in Inches
This defaults to the setting from the Products module; checking here display in inches rather than in decimals.
Defaults for Importing Products from RFMS Products into NHMS Product Specifications
Switch Private Name and Private Number on Import
This area sets up field mapping defaults between RFMS and NHMS product records for roll, item, and service product records. If set to yes, then the Private Name and Number will be used as the name of the Product in NHMS.
Product Code 01 Default Cost
Select the cost that NHMS will use as the default for Product Code 01.
Product Code 02 Default Cost
Select the cost that NHMS will use as the default for Product Code 02.
Item Product Codes Default Cost
Select the cost that NHMS will use as the default for Item Product Codes.
Service Product Codes Default Cost
Select the cost that NHMS will use as the default for Service Product Codes.
