The Project Management Tab consist of
Default Participation and Design Fee Calculation Method
This allows the method of calculation for builder participation and design fees that are added to the overage amounts to be selected.
Markup (also known as “the multiplying way”) adds the percentage on to the initial amount as if adding profit, as follows: 10% markup on $100 = 100 x .10 + 100 = $110.
Margin (also known as “the dividing way”) adds the percentage as if adding gross margin, so that the added amount is the said percentage of the final amount, not of the initial amount, as follows: 10% margin on $100 = $100 / .9 = $111.11.
Disable Group A for Standard Areas of Same Category in Upgrade Pricing
