This functions as a 'Manager override' for any Schedule Warnings that are set to the 'Restrict' setting.  For example, if a System Settings Warning is set to restrict, then a normal user tries to perform the action, they will get the following message, and will not be allowed to add the job to the schedule:

In the same scenario, a user with this box checked would only get a warning message, allowing the user to add the job at his or her discretion.

Enable Drag and Drop

To Enable Drag and Drop on the Scheduling Grid for this user, click 'Edit Drag and Drop' and check the box.
