This option is not available with either Allow Price Modifier or Allow Price Modifier Discount.

Price Levels or Tiered Referrals will not be used.

Price Levels

This will use the price levels set up in Products.

Tiered Referrals

Referral fees can be based on a sliding scale depending on the amount paid for a product.  The referral fee is the difference between the total using base price and the total with the chosen price.  Tiered referrals do not apply to Claims.

With the option set to "Price Levels"

1. The system will use the selling price defined in the pricing file for this product that corresponds to the level set on the customer record and automatically insert that on the line. 

2. If the  customer record does not have a level defined, the system will default to using Price Level 1. 

3. If price levels are not found in products, the selling price entered on the inventory record will be used. 

4. If no price level is found in products, and the selling price on the inventory record is zero, then a zero selling price will be inserted on the customer line and the price must be manually entered.
