(next to the Email button)


This report has many options to use to create a customer list. Select from the following options:
Stores
This option allows tagging stores for printing. Select the store(s) to print or click the tag all button that is located to the left of this field.
Customer Types
This option allows tagging customer types for printing. Select the customer type(s) to print or click the tag all button that is located to the left of this field.
Sales People
This option allows tagging sales people for printing. Select the sales people to print or click the tag all button that is located to the left of this field.
List Options
This option allows choosing by the following:
Last Name, City, State, Zip, Telephone, Last Order Date (includes only orders not quotes or estimates, orders do not have to be job costed), Renewal Date, Date entered, and Zip Code
If filtering by the last name, for example, from A-F, the customer report would include all customers with the last name starting with A and end with the last names starting with E.
Relationship Type
This section refers to the Customer Relationships function and are related to buying group settings also.
Status
Select whether this report will reflect Active/Inactive, Active Only, or Inactive Only. The definition of Active is determined on a store by store basis.
Tax Type
Select whether this report will reflect All Tax Type Customers, Taxable Customers, Tax Exempt Customers, or Resale Customers.
<Allow Mailing Customers Only
Select this option to allow only customers with the "Mailings Allowed" field checked (on the Additional Information tab of the Customer screens) to be printed using this list.
Name Type
Choose whether to have the customer report listed by Customer Name or Business Name.
Sort Order
This option allows sorting by Customer Name, State/City/Zip/Address, Customer Type/Customer Name or Telephone Number
Print Preview
Select this option to preview this list before printing.
Customer Relationship Report
Select this option to print a Customer Relationship list. Only Main and Branch stores will be included in this report.
Print Labels
Select this option to print mailing labels from the list.
Break after Salesman
This option allows printing a report that groups customers by their salespeople. This report will also indicate whether the salesperson is the primary or secondary salesperson for that customer.
Output to CSV
This option allows exporting this list to an external CSV file.
