Supplier notes are added through the Notes tab of the communication center. This can be done through the browse screen, when a supplier is selected, or while viewing a supplier record. Notes can be printed on various documents throughout the system.
How To:
- Either from the browse screen or while viewing a supplier record, click the Communications Center button,

- Select the Notes tab at the top of the screen.
- Click the Edit button to enable the text field to the right of the screen.
- Enter a note and click Save.
Tips:
- Text entered in the note entry area will be unformatted. The characters will automatically wrap to the next line while typing. Also, copy (Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) features are usable.
- To the left of the note entry area there is a list of all notes attached to this Supplier. The type of note and the name of the user who originally added it is listed.
- The History button is currently only available in RFMS Core. The history button allows you to view when the note was created and when the note was last changed.
