Disable Line Commission Editing - System Option

Type- Can be Global, Assigned or User

To be able to enter or change line commission percentages or dollar amounts, this option must be set to No.  This would be a desired option if there are not matching Products records (or commission rates entered) for inventory.  If the Hide Line Commissions option is set to yes, Allow Line Commission Editing is disabled.
