Quotes can be related to other quotes.
Highlight a quote by single-clicking on the appropriate line and select the “copy quotes” button, which is located on the toolbar.
An option box allows choosing between creating a new quote or a related quote. If a related quote is created, the original quote becomes the primary quote and cannot be deleted.
The related quote button shows in white when both the original and related quotes are highlighted. If there is no related quote the button is grayed out.
Clicking the button will list the primary quote and all related quotes. Click the button again to go back to the full quotes list.
A column on the Quotes Browse screen shows the quote type.
Relating Existing Quotes
Existing quote can now be grouped together.
Highlight the quote to be the related quote.
Click the Related Quotes button

Answer Yes to relate this quote to another quote.
Search either by number or name to find the quote to become the primary quote. Highlight the correct quote and click the select button.
