Sending external email from RFMS can be done one of two ways.
- Email a pdf copy of a document as an option under printing.
Check the box to Email PDF such as the one shown below on the Confirm Printing Screen, and an email with the information above will display. If an email address is present on the record being sent it will be pulled into the To: field of the email.

Access email software using setting from RFMS. From the Mail Option: 
Click email, and a blank email with the signature information added during set up will display.
