Cause:
Solution:
1. Go to Administrative Tools and Data Sources (ODBC)
2. Select User DSN, choose Add and select SQL Server
3. Give a Name for the ODBC Connection, as shown below. Make sure to input the correct Server Name with SQL Instance
4. Choose 'With Windows Authentication' and select 'Next'
5. Change the Default Database to be the RFMS Database and select 'Next'
6. Select 'Finish'
7. Select 'Test Data Source'. If tests successfully, select 'OK' and then 'OK' again to complete.
