Cause:Connection Issue with SQL to the Server or Corrupt SQL Native Client

1.  Go to Start - Cliconfg
     a.  Add TCP/IP
     b.  Add Named Pipes
     c.  Click Alias and add new alias using TCP/IP

2.  Launch, if same thing see step 3

3.  Go to Start - Cliconfg
     a.  Click Alias and remove
     b.  Click add and add new alias using Named Pipes

4.  Launch, if same thing see step 5

5.  a.  Click Alias and remove

6.  Launch, if same thing see step 7

7.  Check for SQL Native Client in Add/Remove Programs.  If not using this for any other program, Remove.  If using this, consult with that vendor as to proper procedure on reinstalling

Details:When one pc launches RFMS, gets Microsoft SQL Server Login error( SQL State 08001, SQL Server 21, Encryption not supported on the client. Hit ok and then get RFMS Logon Box, hit cancel and program launches
