Message Box to input Server Name and Database Name

Error:

Cause:

Solution:

Check to see if all workstations are getting this message or if just one workstation. Also, check to see if this occurs at the Physical SQL Server.

If all workstations get this Message but Server is Fine, do below:

1.) At the Server, Right Click on the RFMS Folder
2.) Go to the Sharing Tab
3.) Make sure that all Users have Full Control
4.) Go to the Security Tab
5.) Make sure that all Users have Full Control
6.) Right click on the RFMS Navigator Icon
7.) Make sure that the 'Start In' line is not blank. If so fill out the path information for the RFMS Folder

NOTE: Consult with your Local IT Professional if you are uncertain about this procedure.

If all workstations and Server get this Message, do below:

1. At the Server, Input the Server Name.
2. At the Server, Input the Database Name
3. Check at the Server and Workstations.

NOTE: When inputting the Server Name, Make sure to use the Server Name and SQL Instance if any. This will be in the format of Server Name\SQL Instance. This and the Database Name can be found by going to SQL Managment Studio at the Server.
