Error:wbtrieve32.dll Error Message when going into RFMS Version 9

Cause:This indicates that the Pervasive Client is either not installed on the Client PC or corrupted


Solution:1. From workstation go to Control Panel - add/ remove programs
2. If pervasive is listed, remove and reinstall. if not listed install using steps beloe
3. Browse to the Server C drive and go to the C:\pvsw\clients\win or win32 folder\ and launch setup.exe
4. Choose Typical Installation and accept the defaults throughout the install
