As of January 1, 2018, access codes will only be issued through the following process:
Go to portal.rfms.com and click on My Account.
Log in using Customer Number as username, and enter the password and click Log in.
Click Request Access Code.
Complete ALL the fields and click Request Access Code below the information. Be sure to use an email address that has been authorized to receive access codes.
SPECIAL NOTE: The Reason for Request must be accurately described. Failure to do so may result in the suspension of the specific account from receiving further access codes.
Access Code Count Number Information
An email will be sent from RFMS Web Services to the email address provided on the information screen. Before contacting Help Desk about non-receipt of an access code, please check your spam filter if you did not receive an email. The code will be listed in two places in the email.
Please email rfms-help@cyncly.com for instructions on how to exclude email addresses in your organization for users that should not have the ability to get access codes through the RFMS website.
