At top of the Browse Screen in Customer Orders and Quotes, there are 4 Radio Buttons in an option box. By clicking an option, the user is telling the search field how it should be searching. These buttons are sticky.
RFMS recommends using the RFMS Smart Search as your first search.
RFMS Smart Search-This search allows you to type in keywords and RFMS will search through certain fields to find what you are looking for. Click RFMS Smart Search Fields for more information on the fields.
Invoice Number-This means that only the Order Number is being used for the search. The CG/ES must be typed in front of the number if using computer generated numbers. The full Order Number does not have to be typed in.
Customer Name-This means that only the Customer Name is being used for the search. Last name must be typed first.
Telephone 1-This means that only the Telephone 1 field is being used in the search.
If changing the Radio Button selected, you must use the exit button 
when leaving the Order Entry screen for the new selection to stick.
