Getting a Report for Batch Print Estimated Job Cost

To get a report with the same information as Batch Print Estimated Job Cost, You can run the Quotes/Orders Profit Report to a .csv file.

Go to Sales Reports>Profitability. 
Select Orders
In the start date hit "b" for beginning. This should make the date 01/01/80
Then check the output to csv box.  This will send a .csv file you can open in excel to your RFMS directory. 
Now check the box for Print only UNDELIVERED Orders.
