Overview
RFMS has partnered with Podium, the premier online review management service. Clients of both RFMS and Podium can benefit from this partnership whereby Podium sends a text message to the customer's cellphone once a job has been completed. This text message requests a review from the customer that is posted on the store's Google Maps presence. View the demo here.
How does it work?
With your permission, RFMS sends the header information of delivered (job-costed) orders to Podium along with your RFMS Customer Number. Podium uses the store number, customer name and cell phone number on the order header to send a text message to this customer requesting the survey.
What triggers the message?
Approximately every 30 minutes, RFMS looks for any orders that have been marked as delivered (job-costed). If a job has been marked delivered, the header information is forwarded to Podium. Duplicates are stripped out to prevent unwanted text messages from being sent.
Pre-Requisites:
- Update to RFMS Version 18.0
- Install the MeasureOrderEntry API Service (Used for RFMS Mobile, RFMS Online and Measure Mobile) - Contact your RSA if you do not yet have this installed.
- Register with Podium
What information will Podium ask you for?
- Your RFMS Customer Number. This is found in your System Information Summary. See this help article for more info.
- The Store Numbers and Names of the locations that you wish to participate in the review surveys. This information is found in your list of Stores in RFMS. See this help article for more info.
