Property Connect - Email address on orders

If a Customer File has a value in the Email field, it is used on the order.

If customer file does not have a value in the email field, then the Property Connect user's email address is used on the order.

If neither the Customer File nor the Property Connect user has an email address in the appropriate field, then no email is put on the order.
