Select Order Screen Default Order Type - System Option

X>Utilities>System Options>Schedule Pro>General Category-Default Filters

Type- Can be Global, Assigned or User

 

This system option sets the default for Order Type on the Order Fitler on the Select Orders to Schedule screen. Selecting a different option will temporarily display a different list of orders.

This doesn’t filter based on whether the RFMS Order is an original order, a claim, or a job costed order.  This is the speediest way to pull up the list of jobs.

Current Original

This filters out all Job Costed orders and all Claims.  If scheduling for Job Costed orders is not allowed this makes the most concise list.  However, this option may cause a delay on some users.

Current Claims 

This will pull up open orders from the RFMS claims module only, and would only be a good filter for someone who is scheduling service and/or claims only.
