>Utilities>System Options>Schedule Pro>Scheduling Grid

Type- Can be Global, Assigned or User

Setting this to yes will turn on the color-coded dots that display whether the crew is already booked or fully booked for the day in question.

A black dot will still be displayed for days crews are off or unavailable.
