CCA and RFMS are pleased to announce the release of the next version of the Gateway Importer. With Gateway 2.0 Importer, you now have the ability to schedule your Gateway packages to download automatically into RFMS!

Features and Benefits
- Import Data Packages automatically during non-business hours from Gateway into RFMS.
- No longer have to generate packages, copy passwords, download files from Product Gateway.
- Can properly map your Gateway Manufacturers to your RFMS Suppliers.

How It Works
The Gateway 2.0 Importer is a separate console that will be installed onto your server. You will use your Gateway Software Key (found in the Owner Settings tab of Gateway) to connect with your new Importer. All of the packages that you have created in Gateway can be found in a dropdown menu in the new Importer.

What Do I Need To Do To Get Started?
- The Full Version of Product Gateway (contact CCA for questions)
- Version 11.0.2 or higher of RFMS (contact RFMS for questions)
- Go to www.rfms.com and click on the eConsulting Schedule from the University link at the top of the home page. Choose one of the 1 Hour Gateway Console Installation courses to get signed up. Note: This is first come, first serve.

What Recommendations Do You Have For What Packages and How Often I Should Download?
Given the fact, you no longer have to worry about the time it takes to download (since they can all be done while you are home sleeping) it makes more sense to use fewer packages in Gateway. We have already created one for you (Private Labeled Package). This package contains any product in Gateway that has some form of CCA private branding or private labeling.

After the Private Labeled package, you may want to create one additional package for suppliers whose entire line we carry (Armstrong, Beaulieu, Mohawk and Shaw). Please contact CCA for help with setting up this package.

How often to import these packages? That is entirely up to you but we have heard most members have success downloading on a weekly basis.

What Does It Cost?
There are NO additional costs for this program. It is included with your full subscription to Product Gateway.
