Automated Sample Reordering with Amp Connect

With Amp Connect, your customers will automatically receive a message when a sample is checked out. If the sample isn’t returned within a set time, the system can trigger a reorder—saving time and ensuring your customers stay engaged.

  Tips:

  • The time between sample check-out and automatic reordering is configurable.
  • This reordering process is limited to CCA specific products.

Samples that need to be reordered will be added to your Marketing Alliance Group (MAG) cart.  You'll have a short window to review and update your cart before your sample order is finalized. To edit the cart and configuration settings please reach out to MAG directly.

  Note: Automated fulfillment can be disabled. Emails about cart contents can still be received and acted upon manually.
